If the seal misbehaves.

The app did not seal

Seals need Screen Time permission, and they only run on a real iPhone. The Simulator cannot stand in for this. Open 1Lock, allow Screen Time, and make sure the rule has apps chosen and today is an active day.

I passed the quiz and the app is still sealed

Stay in 1Lock for a moment after the pass, then go back to the sealed app. If it is still shut, open 1Lock again. It re-applies the seal state every time it comes to the front.

Someone turned the seal off

Individual Screen Time permission can be revoked in Settings. A PIN stops casual changes inside 1Lock. It does not stop that Settings switch. Hard mode is honest about this.

I bought Plus on another phone

Open You, then Restore purchases. Plus is tied to the Apple ID. The yearly plan renews until you cancel it in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.

Speaking did not accept my answer

Speaking checks the words, not your accent, and it does not grade Mandarin tones. It only runs when that language is available on the device. Use Tap instead, and the seal can still open.

For App Review

1Lock seals apps the reviewer chooses and opens them with an on-device language quiz. The free starter pack is enough to pass. Plus is a yearly subscription (app.1lock.plus.annual) or a lifetime purchase (app.1lock.plus.lifetime). Speech recognition is on-device only and is never required to clear a seal.
